Morgan Sindall – Water Division
Whitlingham STW, Trowse, Norwich.
This project worth over £600K to Saviour was completed as part of the AMP3 improvements for Anglian Water (UU) in 2004.
The contract works for Morgan comprised the design and build of a Biological Phosphorous Removal Process.
Our subcontract was let on an ‘Option C’ arrangement, where we operated a back-to-back contract philosophy with Morgan Sindall.
Design, supply and installation of above ground pipework and supports in:
– Scotckoted carbon steel between 80 and 1200NB.
– Stainless Steel (316L) between 100 and 1200NB.
– Ductile Iron between 80 and 500NB.
– Plastic (ABS and PVC) 50 to 100NB.
Installation of static mixers, flow meters, and valves.
Installation of submersible pumps, inc guide rails and lifting chains.
Installation of submersible mixers and ejector nozzles.
Installation of progressive cavity pumps.
Installation of air scour blowers
